We are delighted to announce that the Theme of our Summer Jane Austen Box will be “Trip To Rosings”! This elegantly themed box would almost, perhaps, delight even Lady Catherine de Bourgh herself… Perhaps. Rosings, the home of Mr. Darcy’s aunt and her daughter, is the epitome of a well-appointed estate. Lady Catherine, whatever her faults, seems to have had very good taste! Mr Collins is somewhat overawed by both the house and its owner, and impresses upon Elizabeth that she should be also. While visiting with the Collins’ and a frequent guest at Rosings, Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy have more opportunities for getting to know one another in a different setting than Meryton. Enough opportunity, in fact, for Mr. Darcy to know his own heart and propose! This trip to visit her friend leads Elizabeth to several other discoveries, such as Darcy’s true feelings for her and also the truth of his connection with Mr. Wickham. It is a pivotal part of their story, and quite humorous for us, with an abundance of the comedy provided by the two memorable characters of Mr. Collins and Lady Catherine!

The Details ~This beautiful, redesigned box is more than twice the size of our previous subscription box, measuring 10x8x4 inches. All Jane Austen Boxes, both subscription and gift options, ship free in the USA! Flat Rate shipping is available for International orders. Also, all subscribers may purchase additional One-Time Gift boxes and receive 10% off each additional box!
The Jane Austen Box will only be available 4 times a year, with the last day to order each season’s box the 15th of the month before the box ships: i.e. August 15th will be the last day to order the Autumn Box, which will ship out in early September. November 15th will be the last day to order the Winter Box, which will ship in early December, etc.
The Quarterly subscription Auto Renews every 3 months~ If you purchase the Quarterly Subscription Jane Austen Box, every 3 months it will auto-renew so you don’t miss a box!! You can change or cancel this at any time before the next billing date, or contact us to change it for you. The Gift Option is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew.
Note bene: Unlike most items in our shop, The Jane Austen Boxes are all packed and shipped together in bulk 4 times a year. Reserve your box(es) during the month-long reservation period, then we pack and ship them out at the beginning of each season! Free shipping in the USA.
International customers: We do not pay VAT and other duty fees on your behalf. Only the cost of shipping is covered through our shop, so we encourage you to look into your country’s duties/fees, etc. Also, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Generally, international orders arrive within 3 weeks or so of shipping, but there are still delays in international shipping times, please be advised!
