The Earl’s Favourite Tea

The Earl’s Favourite Ceylon Tea ~ A sensational zesty Ceylon Tea infused with Bergamot and Orange Peel. This aromatic blend is perfect for afternoon tea.  Best served hot.

This aromatic black tea, flavored with bergamot (citrus) oil, was named for Charles, who became the 2nd Earl Grey in 1807. Earl Grey later succeeded the Duke of Wellington as Prime Minister, and oversaw the abolition of slavery in the British Empire in 1833. This was his favorite tea, and has become a perennial favorite around the world!

Ingredients:  Micro-blended Ceylon Tea, Bergamot, Orange Peel.  Contains Caffeine.

Directions:  Bring water to a full boil before pouring over teabag.  Steep for 1-3 minutes, or until desired strength.  Serve hot.

Our signature pyramid-shaped sachets allow room for the tea leaves to expand, ensuring a better brew but with the convenience of a teabag!  Each sachet brews 2-3 cups or a small pot of tea.
